Our Heirloom Family Portrait Program is designed to capture your family's special moments, personalities, and relationships, plus the special times you have together and the places you like to spend time as your family grows and changes over the years. These moments are much too precious to risk being forgotten. You may even include your family pets.
The Heirloom Family Portait Program is very flexible. There are no minimum or maximum number of sessions. There are no set intervals: you may have portraits taken close together, or far apart, or sporadically, though we recommend having a session every 9-18 months. You may have anyone in the portraits: your family, family with grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles, or the whole extended family when everyone gets together, including smaller groupings during each session.
Heirloom Family Portraits are taken in any location of your choice that will tell a story about your family. Session length will be tailored to what is needed to obtain what you want and to have plenty of images from which you may choose your favorites.
Your favorite portraits are then preserved and presented in a Renaissance leather album that has a lifetime guarantee. All our portraits are also guaranteed, so these will be treasures throughout your lifetime and a legacy for your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Portraits for gifts, home, wall decor, and offices can be purchased from our package and individual portrait price list with a 20% discount.
You may start this program at any time in your family's life: during your first pregnancy, when your first baby is new born, or at any time thereafter, even when your last child is a teenager. It is never too late to start creating a legacy. You may even start it with your grandchildren.
Now Heirloom Family Portraits can affordably be created every year!
From each Heirloom Family Portrait session you will receive two pages of portraits with the appropriate album page to be inserted into your album. A page of portraits can consist of 1-8x10, or 2-5x7s, or 1-5x7 & 2-4x5s, or 4-4x5s, all of different images. So you may have between two and eight different portraits per session in your album. If you desire more portraits from a session to be in your album you may purchase them for the same reduced price as the first two pages.
The Renaissance leather portrait album cover which you receive with the Entry Fee for the Heirloom Family Portrait Program is available in several colors. You may choose to have complimentary personalize imprinting on the album cover. The Album comes with a Life-Time Guarantee and is sold nationally, so if you move away you can go to another photographer who will easily be able to get pages and mats for subsequent portraits in your album.
Flexibility of the Program:
- You may start the Heirloom Family Portrait Program when your family is just starting, even before children, or when your family is older and you realize that you are don't want to miss creating a legacy for your family.
- During each session you may have portraits created of the whole family with or without pets and any smaller combinations you want, like: just the children, mom & dad, and each individually.
- You may have portraits of your extended family when grandparents or aunts, uncles, and cousins come to visit. The whole Family does not have to be in it, but whomever is with you at the time. It is rare to get everyone together at the same time, so capture that when you can, and capture the special relationships when it's only one, two, or a few with you.
- You may take the portraits as frequently or infrequently as you want. We recommend about every 9-18 months. You may choose to have one session a year, rotating it throughout the seasons or to have your sessions in the same month every year. We recommend having a session in each calendar year and can set up reminders.
- You may have as many or as few sessions as you want over as long or short a time span as you want.
- You may have portraits taken anywhere that you desire within 25 miles of the studio (which is near the Rayford-Sawdust Exit on I-45 in The Woodlands) for no extra charge. Destination sessions are also available.
Heirloom Entry Fee: $190, which pays for the Durapelle Leather Album Cover and
Name Embossing.
Each Session Heirloom Fee: $195, pays for two pages of portraits in the album. Each
page can be either 1-8x10, or 2 different 5x7s, or 4 different
4x5s, or 1-5x7 and 2 different 4x5s. There are NO session fees.
And the $195 fee is a discounted cost from
buying the photographs and pages for the album separately.
